This elegant and exclusive property surrounded by nature with swimming pool and private park is located a few steps from the center and the beaches of Porto Rotondo. Characterized by a quiet and privileged position, it enjoys a unique and relaxed atmosphere even though it is not far from the center of the lively Porto Rotondo.
The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, outdoor activities and for families with children who will have plenty of space and areas to play. The villa is developed in a main body that houses the large living area with fully equipped kitchen, living room and large covered terraces overlooking the Gulf of Porto Rotondo. Outside the living area there is the beautiful pool. This main body hosts 5 comfortable bedrooms (4 double rooms, one double with a bunk bed) and 5 bathrooms. Totally independent there is a large annexe with 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom.
The villa is fully equipped and equipped with all comforts. It has air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV with Sky, washing machine, oven and dishwasher, barbecue area, safe.
The property can accommodate up to a maximum of 14/16 people (including children and / or servants).
