Villetta has two levels with beautiful sea view and located in front of a small park for children and only 70 meters from the beautiful beach of Golfo Aranci (La “Quinta spiaggia”).
The house consists of 4 bedrooms on the ground floor (two double and two single), has two bathrooms and a toilet, a spacious living room on the first floor, a double veranda with a view, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. The house has air conditioning: in the double bedroom, in the corridor (which refreshes the other rooms) and another split on the first floor for living room and kitchen. Also there is the parking space of the property: entrance from the main entrance.
The property is located in the renowned district of Baia Caddinas and is just 500 meters from the supermarket, bars, tourist shops.
Small pets are allowed.
