The apartment has been furnished in 2021 and it has 1 bedroom communicating with living room with sofa bed, kitchen, large terrace (with table and comfortable chairs) and a private parking. The bathroom is ensuite.
It is perfect for a couple or for 2 adults and one or 2 little children as the bedroom and living room are communicating and without a door that divides them.
The opening of the swimming pool is established on 15th May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 15th.
Pets are not allowed.

The luxuriously finished apartments, in total 30, are divided into three separate lots, each with its own breathtaking pool. The hotel part will be inaugurated in the near future.
The nearest beaches are Spiaggia Bianca and Cala Sassari, both reachable by car in just 2 minutes. Cala Ambra beach, on the other hand, is located about 500 meters away and is accessible via a convenient downhill path that leads from the complex.
The “Villaggio Sherden” is located outside the town of Golfo Aranci. All the supermarkets and restaurants are in the center of Golfo Aranci, which is located in 3 Km from the complex. It is essential to have a car or a motorbike to reach the town and essential services.
