    Two bedrooms apartment located in the village of Pedra Rosa and with direct access to the beautiful White Beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large covered terrace. The flat is equipped with air conditioning in the living area: there is a split that refreshes the other rooms. The apartment is very well furnished in typical Sardinian style.

    Beach reachable on foot (100 meters), also has a parking space (for 2 cars) and 3 km from the center of Golfo Aranci.

    N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on the 1st June but it may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions and it  closes on the 6th of September.

    The apartment also have free internet wi.fi

    Pets are not allowed.

    The “Pedra Rosa” complex is situated in a wonderful seaside location and has a short private path to beach access. Spiaggia Bianca (White Beach) is a picturesque coastal inlet between Olbia and Golfo Aranci. The residence hosts a beautiful swimming pool and is just 12 km from Olbia, 12 km from Porto Rotondo and 25 km from the Costa Smeralda and 3 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci. It is essential to have a car or a motorbike to reach the town and essential services.
