This 100 sqm apartment is located on the first and last floor in the wonderful setting of the “Pedra Concada” complex. The apartment has an independent entrance (it is free on three sides) and consists of a living area with a large window with exit to the terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Gulf of Marinella, a separate kitchenette with dishwasher and stove gas. The sleeping area, separated by a door, has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower. The bedrooms are two with double bed and one with two bunk beds.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has its own parking space.
The Pedra Concada complex is located in a strategic position, in the beautiful Gulf of Marinella, a few steps from a sandy beach with an excellent restaurant and from many small coves with wonderful crystal clear water, sheltered from the wind and never crowded.
This accomodation is ideal for a holiday in nature just a few kilometers from the services and attractions of Porto Rotondo and Golfo Aranci. It is essential to have a car or a motorbike to reach the town and essential services.
Pets are not allowed.
