Elegant apartment of 73 square metres, located in the Village with swimming pool of S’Abba e Sa Pedra. It is located in the first row and directly overlooks the sea. Being on the first floor, the view is even more panoramic.
Equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, it consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a French bed, a living room and a kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms (one without bidet) with shower box, and free covered parking space. The furnishings are very luxurious, studied down to the smallest detail with taste and fine materials such as Orosei marble. From the 20-square-metre covered veranda there is a fantastic view.
The flat also has a parking space inside the village.
N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is fixed on 1 May but may be subject to change according to particular weather conditions. The swimming pool closes on 30 October.
Small pets are allowed with a surcharge on the deposit.

The Village of S’Abba e Sa Pedra, built by the sea just 2.7 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, is composed of flats of various sizes, most of them with amazing panoramic views of the sea.
The S’Abba e Sa Pedra Village also has two splendid swimming pools, one for small children and one for adults, both right by the sea, surrounded by a green area where one can relax while watching the sea.
The village is located in the residential area of Baia Caddinas, which is popular for its tranquillity, as the centre of Golfo Aranci and the night-time activities are a little further away.
There is a bar and the Da Andrea Restaurant a short distance away, and the supermarket and shops are just over a kilometre away.
