This new apartment is located in the Perlacea Village, a few meters from the Quinta Spiaggia beach in Golfo Aranci. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living area with kitchenette equipped with oven and dishwasher, two comfortable bedrooms (one double and one twin), two bathrooms both with shower. The property has double views: on the front it has a covered terrace and a small garden, on the back, which is accessed from one of the two bedrooms, a fully paved outdoor seating area.
This apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher and Wi-Fi internet connection.
