    This beautiful apartment is located at 100 meters from the Quinta Spiaggia of Golfo Aranci inside a new tourist complex called Villaggio Perlacea, which was built in 2010. The apartment has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, lounge with sofa bed, equipped kitchen with also dishwasher, large terrace with view over the bay, and a private parking. The property also has air conditioning and free wi.fi.

    The terrace is really large and comfortable (80 sq meters) and it has a table with chairs, outdoor deckchairs and barbecue. The apartment can accommodate up to 5/6 people (including children).

    Small pets are allowed.
