This apartment is located 150 meters from the beach of Golfo Aranci inside a new tourist complex, which was built in 2010, called Villaggio Perlacea. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single; and one room with twin beds), 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchen, large terrace (with table and comfortable chairs and a barbecue), with a view over the bay and a private parking. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults.
Small pets are allowed.

The location is unique as it is located a few steps from the sea and just 100 meters from the supermarket, bar, newsagent. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
