The location is strategic as it is located only 150 meters from the beach and not far from the Costa Smeralda, Olbia and San Teodoro. Also the supermarket, the bar, the shops are very close and easily reachable on foot. The Third and Fourth Beach and the Baia Caddinas beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
