The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults, and is equipped with all comforts including satellite television, dishwasher, washing machine. The apartment also have free internet wifi and air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor which also refreshes the bedrooms.
The house is located inside the complex with pool of “S’Abba e Sa Pedra”, one of the most exclusive and elegant of Golfo Aranci area.
N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on 1st May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 30th.

This property is located in front of the sea and it has a magnificent view of the island of Tavolara and a wonderful garden surrounding it.
Two sandy beaches are just in front of the complex, while Baia Caddinas beach is also very close, within walking distance (200 meters). The “S’Abba and Sa Pedra” complex hosts two beautiful and large swimming pools (one for adults and one for the kids) and is just 2 km from Golfo Aranci centre, 8 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from Olbia (port and airport). It is recommended to have a car or a motorbike to easily reach the center of Golfo Aranci and other services.
